TERMS, CONDITIONS & POLICIES
An invoice will be emailed after the order is received, processed and scheduled. The invoice is the confirmation of the order which includes the selected services along with the date, time and location of the job. Full payment is required prior to the date of the shoot.
RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS
To cancel and reschedule a shoot, let us know as soon as possible. When a new date and time is determined, please send us an email as soon as possible.
To cancel a shoot permanently, please let us know as soon as possible. All money paid will be refunded.
If cancelling the shoot within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a $100 fee may be incurred. If payment has been received, the fee will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.
If Britton Video Tours is unable to make a scheduled appointment for any reason, every effort will be made to reschedule and shoot the job as soon as possible. If you want to cancel the shoot, all money paid will be refunded.
JOB SITE CRITERIA
If the project is not ready to shoot at the scheduled time, a "Late Start" fee of $100 may be incurred if asked to wait.
CHANGES TO FINAL VIDEO
Changes requested after the video is delivered may incur a $100 fee. If we have made a mistake, we will gladly fix it at no additional charge.
COPYRIGHT AND LICENSING NOTICE
Copyright of all videos and photographs are retained by Britton Video Tours. Britton Video Tours grants clients non-transferable and non-assignable use of the videos and/or photographs.
Britton Video Tours reserves the right to use any portion of the video and/or photographs for promotional purposes.
